  What one needs
  most is heart
  
  Then love
  will follow through
  
  What one needs
  most is trust
  
  Then love
  will have a friend
  
  What one needs
  most is caring
  
  Then sorrow
  will have a tear
  
  What one needs
  most is happiness
  
  Then sadness
  will have the blues
  
  What one needs
  most is feelings
  
  Then pain
  will have to hurt
  
  What one needs
  most is faith
  
  Then God
  will bring us through
  
  What one needs
  most is wisdom
  
  Then understanding
  will let us speak
  
  What one needs
  most is hope
  
  Then wishes
  will have its peace
  
  What one needs
  most is prayer
  
  Then praying
  will find an answer
  
  What one needs
  most is humanity
  
  Then we can
  live with one
   
  What one needs
  more than most is care
  
  Then we can
  feel each others tears.

  I cared because
  love was there
  
  I felt it all
  because I cared
  
  I shared both
  good and bad
  
  I took the pain
  as it came
  
  I gave it all
  for love was there
  
  I would give it again,
